With all search scenarios at the same general location, there was very little travel or down time.  Moving from basic tracking and cadaver location exercises to the more difficult fred's row and two body cadaver search with the continual introduction of problem solving exercises along the way was all designed to provide an excellent 40 hour continual learning and problem solving environment for the purpose of introducing and practicing reliable specific scent location searches.

As the week progressed the problem solving exercises  for tracking and cadaver location with clear  identification got more difficult. Everyone worked well together, although it was mentioned that Floridians dressed like oranges and there was something about Bob's muster into the women's league - I don't know - you will have to check with him about that

As  promised, the October 12th thru 17th seminar was a hard working, no frills week starting off  with easy scratch boxes, short runaways and simple grid searches.  A special thank you goes to Marge, Kris and Joe, the ranch owners, for the use of the property, for the use of the "scoot mobile" allowing me to be in many places in short periods of time and for Wednesdays dinner on the lake.      return to L.E.T.S.

A very busy week and hopefully a beneficial learning experience for the attendees.  Every one, both dogs and handlers, did well and met each challenge as best they could.  I was exceptionally proud of the progress of several of the teams thru the week.
I know of at least two attendees that loved the lake and water work!
