Saturday's Closing Ceremonies were wonderful.
Billy performed the Ceremony of the Salt again this year re-affirming a comradely bond with all those attending
From the second day on Mr. Billy took the advanced group while the first time seminar attendees (sometimes called newbies) went with me. My group spend the rest of the time focused on the basics, beginning grid searching, etc., while Billy, Larry and Lalo were busy being very creative about setting up search problems to challenge the more knowledgable
Search locations ranged from concrete barrier stacks to steep cliffs but the most fun was the burned out brick factory pictured below - now we are talking RUBBLE searches
Classrooms ranged from the outdoor tent at the ranch to the Protection Civil Building in Monterrey
and Larry presented a first time "ROCK" award to one deserving student - What is the "ROCK" award you say - you will just have to ask Larry.
Another successful seminar
Thank you Team Monterrey!!!

Below shows Larry taking advantage of the rubble area to set up the land cadaver certifications - a hearty congratulations to those who earned theirs.
