A personal Thank You to Lalo and Marta for their hospitality and the use of their home while I was there
Sunday, the day before the seminar began Billy, Larry and I were invited to a bullfight. My very first one and we all had a good time.
although it must be said that some were having a better time than others -
huh, Fernando??
the support staff was on the job again this year, feeding and caring for us from day one...A special thanks to ARELY for all her help with the language and the other children.
The attendees number more and more every year - It was wonderful to see so many old friends and equally great to meet so many new ones.
Day one - Monday morning we all met for orientation and evaluation of the ongoing construction of what will be a great agility and confidence building course that team Monterrey is putting together - we marveled at the deep trench, the stick frame structure w/different level jumps and the hide holes under the A/frame pallet jumps.
after some "cuss and discuss" we all worked together and in a short time created a very challanging tri-level house w/ladder exit and a rubble filled tunnel. Challanging for both dog and handler.
this course was utilized the rest of the week with people and dogs working several evenings up until midnight. Love that WILL DO attitude.
We made Lalo run the tunnel first - figuring if he could get thru - we all could - Good Job Lalo
